We would like you to get to know our loyalty program “Novostar League”

The status of the regular guest only applies after your third visit to the hotels of our network. Your each new stay will be met with the gratitude from the hotel by means of a complement. It’s necessary to keep in mind that the hotel reserves the right to choose the type of compliment based on the abilities of the hotel at the time of the guests’ arrival.

  • Platinum (10 stays and more)

Do not forget to present your regular guest card at every visit to Novostar Hotels, this is a compulsory point of our regulations.

Terms and conditions of entering “Novostar League”

Dear guests, we kindly ask you to carefully familiarize yourselves with the terms and conditions of providing our regular clients with compliments from the hotel.

The card is provided for those guests who have stayed at one of the Novostar hotels more than 2 times; the accounting of your visits is conducted according to the following scheme:

  • The accounting of stays in Novostar Khayam has been conducted since their merger with Novostar network, i.e. since 2016;
  • The accounting of stays in Novostar Azur has been conducted since their merger with Novostar network, i.e. since 2017;
  • The accounting of stays in Novostar Les Colombes has been conducted since their merger with Novostar network, i.e. since 2018;
  • The accounting of stays in Novostar Budget Pyramids has been conducted since their merger with Novostar network, i.e. since 2019;
  • All visits to Novostar hotels in the period from 2103 to 2015 included, are equal to one stay no matter the factual amount of visits within the stated period;
  • Applying for the regular guest card you agree to the current terms and conditions and all the changes that are made by Novostar;
  • Applying for the regular guest card, you agree to let Novostar store and process your personal information in accordance with the policy of website usage;
  • To submit the application for receiving the card one must undergo the process of verification on the website, fill in the form and follow the provided instructions. Novostar Hotels cannot be held accountable should the guest’s status fail to pass authentication or if the data about the previous visits has been formatted or erased and cannot be recovered;
  • In case when you are already a card holder, you must inform us about your next stay minimum 48 hours before your supposed date of arrival by means of submitting the feedback form on our website.

The terms and conditions of receiving the card of a regular guest in the hotels of Novostar Hotels network:

  • The regular guest card is only provided for people over 18 years old;
  • The regular guest card is personal and can not be issued for more than one individual;
  • The regular guest card is issued based on the one card per room basis;
  • The card issue is carried out at the moment of their third visit to one of the hotels of the network, on condition of preliminary registration and the verification of the guest’s history of visitation by the department of booking of Novostar Hotels;
  • The card can not be passed to third party or re-issued for the new user. Only the card holder can use the privileges.

The complement realization terms and conditions:

  • The realization of a complement is only possible after timely informing the Novostar Hotels accommodation department (no later than 48 hours before the arrival) by means of submitting the form at novostar-hotels.com, and then producing the regular guest card to one of the Novostar Hotels Russian speaking employees on the day of arrival, at the hotel reception;
  • The hotel holds the right to unilaterally change the conditions of the program or pause the program whatsoever;
  • The hotel holds the right to choose the type of complement for every repeated stay;
  • The hotel compliments do not add up and are provided on the basis of 1 compliment per 1 room, even if every guest in the room possesses their own card;
  • The hotel does not provide any beforehand information about the type of the chosen compliment;
  • The hotel cannot be held accountable for inability to provide the compliment in emergency situations; the hotel does not provide any monetary indemnity.
