In our aspiration to discover our shortcomings and conduct adequate work on correcting mistakes, Novostar Hotels specialists have a daily analysis of the feedback, that is transferred to us from tour operators, travel agents and, of course, from our final consumers – our hotel guests. We receive information from the daily verbal communication with the guests of the hotel network, from feedback surveys, which tourists fill in at the request of tour operators, from the review sections on the tour operator websites, from independent rating websites (like TripAdvisor and social networks), from Novostar official web pages and other topical public pages.

We rank all the criticizing commentary and conduct a statistical analysis. The idea that different people perceive one and the same incident with different perspective is hardly a novel one, and every day we receive more and more confirmations of that. Various services provided by our hotel result in the approval of one guest, and the disapproval of the other.

Time is one of the most deficit resources. With the goal of saving your time, we have taken it upon ourselves to suggest this non trivial option to you – the opportunity to get to know the summarized list of pluses and minuses of each of the hotels in Novostar network. The information presented below is comprised of the main propositions from our guests, that have been repeated multiple times in the feedback, received from numerous sources. It’s important to point out, that these are the pluses and minuses both our devoted fans and our critics talk about. In this sense, a pretty well-measured position of both sides is present in the bottom line, and the ranking is rather demonstrative. We had to leave all the extreme opinions behind the brackets, since he have established at the beginning that people perceive one and the same event from different angles.

We must admit, that not everything is in our hands, but we are willing and ready to work on our current disadvantages.

MINUSES


  • No water slides.
  • Just like in Novostar Khayam Garden Beach & Spa 4* the hotel has a heterogeneous entrance to the sea: there are patches which are the upper part of stone boulders (the surface is uneven and slippery), some patches have a clear entrance to the sea.
  • No free bottled water. free drinking water is in coolers. Filling bottles is not allowed.
  • The rooms either have a furnished balcony or a terrace, or a big French window without balcony.
  • No safe, mini-bar and a hairdryer in the basic room set. The safe is at the reception, and it’s a paid service.
  • Few sockets in the room. Families who use a lot of gadgets are advised to take a socket extension.
  • Poor wi-fi connection in the lobby-bar and at the reception during prime-time hours, when all guests use the internet simultaneously and actively.
  • A typical of Tunisia lack of sound-proofing in the rooms. In the period from June to September the evening show on the summer stage lasts till 23:00.
  • Matrasses for beach chairs are paid for.
