Seasonal features of the operation of hotels

Please, read the rules applied to all Tunisian hotels and, consequently, relevant to Novostar Hotels:

Beach bars, bars and restaurants with outdoor terraces, and water slides in Tunisian hotels are guaranteed to work from 01/06 till 30/09, as their effective functioning depends on weather conditions.

Under favorable weather conditions, the service get started earlier and suspended later than the specified deadlines. Most often it happens but hotels cannot guarantee this.

Certain services in hotels start operating sequentially, one after another: for example, an indoor swimming pool gets closed, but a water park gets opened. The transition to the winter season occurs vice versa: the water park stops working, the indoor pool is opened.
