We are proud of the excellent work of our colleagues from Novostar Apart Monte Carlo<\/a>, located in the resort city of Sousse in Tunisia, and warmly congratulate them on such outstanding, impressive, and consistent results!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve all encountered situations where new bakeries or caf\u00e9s open nearby, initially delighting their visitors with impeccable service, incredibly delicious coffee, and wonderfully fresh pastries. But after a little while\u2026 the magic fades. The service isn\u2019t what it used to be, the coffee gets weak, and the pastries, frankly, are just okay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that’s when it becomes clear once again: a good start isn’t enough. The real challenge is in maintaining consistency. It’s about enduring the marathon without giving up, though the latter, unfortunately, happens too often.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, these are just personal impressions. In reality, to truly assess such situations, we need to rely on clear metrics and numbers that provide an objective understanding of what’s really happening in those bakeries and caf\u00e9s, or in hotels and apartments, when it comes to the tourism and hospitality industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we check the rating of the apartments by Novostar, we can see that on Airbnb, a popular online platform for listing and finding rental accommodations, Novostar Apart Monte Carlo has consistently held the \u201cSuperhost\u201d status for 2 years. The numbers are as follows: 101 reviews and an overall rating of 4.87\/5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In another equally popular online hotel booking system, Booking.com, Novostar Apart Monte Carlo received 5 reviews over 5 months and also earned a high rating of 10 out of 10<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means that for many months, continuously and consistently, from the start to the present day, our “pastries and coffee,” to use the bakery analogy, have remained fresh and delicious and the service has been excellent. Is it gratifying? Absolutely.
