In 2017, the hotel lobby, reception, lobby-bar, main restaurant, pool area and summer stage were renovated. However, while choosing this hotel, please take into account one detail: there are no elevators in the buildings. This information is relevant for families with young children, seniors (elderly guests), as well as people with musculoskeletal disorders (problems with joints, knees, etc.). In Novostar, it is not customary to make promises at all. And if we have taken responsibility, we will do our best to keep the word and not let the guests down. That's exactly what we did when Olga became our client. She suffers from an allergy to parsley. She warned us in advance, and in order to eliminate the slightest risks, we completely removed parsley from the assortment of herbs in this hotel. Fortunately, there is a huge selection of delicious herbs in Tunisia, so this restriction did not affect the gastronomic pleasure of other guests in any way. And Olga enjoyed her vacation, not being afraid that in some dish she would accidentally come across such a dangerous ingredient for her. By the way, she has become our regular guest! Beach bars, bars and restaurants with outdoor terraces, and water slides in Tunisian hotels are guaranteed to work from 01/06 till 30/09, as their effective functioning depends on weather conditions. Under favorable weather conditions, the service get started earlier and suspended later than the specified deadlines.
