Novastoria Family Restaurant in Hammamet: New Menu for the New Season
Tunisian hotel brand Novostar, an important part of the international group of companies Carthage Group, opened a family Italian restaurant Novastoria in July 2022. Now, the restaurant starts its third summer season with an updated menu that will please even gourmets.
Although Novastoria is an Italian restaurant, its menu includes not only traditional pizza, pasta and seafood. Dishes of other European cuisines, such as salads, meat and fish dishes, are also perfectly cooked here. It is also worth trying desserts prepared by the talented chef Dali.

The chef cooks really delicious meals and serves them in an incredibly elegant way, offering the guests of the restaurant unforgettable gastronomic experiences.
On May 1, 2024, the new summer season officially started at Novastoria. Here you can have lunch, dinner or just have a snack and a cup of aromatic coffee every day from 12:00 to 22:00. From June 15, the restaurant will be open longer, until 00:00. Novastoria has “happy hours” on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 18:00 to 20:00. During this period, visitors can enjoy a 20% discount on all meals except drinks and pizza. Moreover, there is another promotion for pizza lovers: every day at “happy hours” from 18:00 to 20:00 you can order three delicious specialty pizzas for the price of two.
It’s really worth it. Thus, in 2023 Novastoria was recognized as the best Italian restaurant in Hammamet by Restaurant Guru, one of the most popular websites for gourmets with over thirty million monthly active users. The restaurant beat more than ten strong competitors and was recognized #1. In Novastoria they know how to make excellent pizza and other dishes, that’s for sure.
Novastoria also takes care of little guests, for whom there is a special children’s menu and a playground located in a shady area. This is only part of the advantages of the restaurant, situated in a very picturesque place, in the resort area of Yasmine Hammamet, next to the marina. Guests of the restaurant can choose tables in the cool, air-conditioned halls and admire, for example, the yacht port. Another option is to take a place among the greenery near the fountain, which is so refreshing in the hot summer months.
