There’s another important detail. Everybody’s heard that eating establishments are judged by their toilets. In this regard, Novastoria is an example to all other restaurants: restrooms here are not just well-equipped and decorated but spotlessly clean.

Pizza here is just amazing, for example, with Roquefort cheese or tuna, don’t miss a chance to try it!
Novastoria offers its guests risotto, original salads, beef and poultry steaks, fish and seafood dishes, for instance, dishes with salmon, which is rather expensive in Tunisia, so you definitely won’t be able to try them in a hotel or a bistro. And instead of bread there is fresh focaccia, Italian wheat tortillas, which are baked just before serving.
As for drinks, the guests of the restaurant especially like classic and strawberry non-alcoholic mojito and smoothies made of seasonal fruits which are especially popular on hot summer days.

Thus, Novastoria was honored to host a group of people invited to Hammamet from different regions of Tunisia by the Ministry of Culture of the country. The organizers had a special request to have not just an ordinary business lunch but a home-like beautiful meal.
To host and serve 360 people and try to make them feel at home isn’t an easy task. Nevertheless, the team of Novastoria managed to do it perfectly! Taking into account the fact that the capacity of the restaurant is no more than 120 diners at a time, the members of the delegation were served in three parts. However, no one had to face an agonizing wait, watching others enjoying their meals, since the staff of Novastoria skillfully played a pass with the company which provided transportation for the group.
What about Celebrations in General?
Novastoria is a family restaurant and no family can do without joyous family celebrations. So, in Novastoria they celebrate Christmas and New Year with Santa Claus, gifts and a traditional Christmas market. They also throw a Halloween costume party and many other events.
Celebrations in the restaurant feature signature dishes from one of the best chefs in the town and a warm homely atmosphere. Best restaurant in the Port Yasmine Hammamet Marina complex, Novastoria is the only surviving restaurant on the Marina's original "restaurant row". Set back from the waterfront, it is a peaceful refuge where you can dine indoors or outdoors in comfort surrounded by fountains and gardens. The food and service excellent, prices reasonable, the staff attentive. Fresh seafood dishes are definitely worth a visit.

Restaurant au calme dans l’artère secondaire de la marina. L’aspect extérieur et intérieur est très agréable, on s’y sent comme à la maison ou en famille. D’ailleurs il y a une salle de jeux à l’arrière du restaurant. La nourriture est excellente, largement au dessus de ce que l’on peut trouver dans le reste de la marina, peut être même de Yasmine Hammamet (mais j’ai pas testé tout les restos non plus 😅). Malgré cette qualité les prix ne sont pas excessifs. L’ensemble de l’équipe est super, notamment avec les enfants mais une mention spéciale pour Mike . Si je reviens à hammamet c’est sur que j’irais manger à Novastoria.
