Ērta reğistrēšanās un automašīnas novietošana pazemes stāvvietā. Skats no loga brīnišķīgs, ļoti ērts dzīvokļa plānonojums un piekļuve pludmalei. Kopumā ēka Monte Carlo ir nolietota, dzīvoklī virtuvē un vannas istabā varētu veikt uzlabojumus. Apkārte pie dzīvojamās ēkas pastaigām nav piemērota.

El apartamento es precioso y las vistas son inigualables, lo mejor del apartamento. Una experiencia maravillosa y un espacio súper amplio para compartirlo con tus amigos o familia, hay privacidad pero también espacio para hacer vida en común.

Ibtissem's house is really wonderful, the view on the sea is stunning. If you want to visit Sousse pay attention because you will not want to get out of the house!

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Man schläft in erster Reihe zum Strand und hat einen wunderschöne Morgen.
Wenn wir noch einmal nach Tunesien kommen werden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Appartement magnifique, une vue a coupé le souffle. La plage à 1 min à pied. Appartement sécurisé. Vraiment parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Ibtissem est une personne très réactive et d’une personnalité aimable. Le logement est parfait, vue sur mer et sur la piscine, chambres climatisées, propre et à deux pas de la zone touristique (cafés, restaurants). Je recommande!

Lasaad était vraiment à l'écoute et très gentil. Il nous a fait un bon accueil et nous a permis de passer un bon séjour grace a sa proactivité. Merci

Alles war wie beschrieben. Das Appartement ist ziemlich zentral. Die Kommunikation mit Lassad war super er war sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Sousse sind werden wir aufjedenfall die Wohnung nochmal mieten.

La vue sur la magnifique plage est incroyable, le logement est spacieux et tout est accessible facilement à proximité.
Lasssaad est très réactif et toujours disponible.

We had a lovely stay in Monte Carlo! The apartment is exactly like the photos, and the view from the balcony is even more spectacular in person. Super clean, comfortable and large spaces to use, but could’ve have done with a few extras - it has a dishwasher and washing machine which is a great touch, but no detergent to use and expensive to buy for a single wash in a 5 day stay.

Good distance from Sousse, although we oftener opted for a Bolt into the centre for ease and comfort. The beach is beautiful but can’t get quite littered so just something to be aware off. Plenty of restaurants near by for a variety of food and Monoprix just down the road which we regularly went to. Lassaad and Ibtissem were both super helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you so much!

l'environnement est top. on ne peut pas avoir mieux niveau première position mer. la plage est directe de la la résidence, une très belle plage, une résidence avec du service, gardien et encore Lassaad qui est toujours là pour répondre aux besoins et à n'importe quelle heure.
l'emplacement à Sousse est parfait, tout est a proximité les restos, les brunch pour le petit dej ( Big Ben une tuerie) les viennoiseries chez crunchy's monoprix a deux pas
bref nous avons passé un super séjour.
pour finir l'appartement est top hyper spacieux, très bien équipé. je dirais la seule chose qui manque est une machine a café sinon il y a tout le reste Merci encore à Lassaad et ibtissem.
même la sécurité (24h/24) ils sont top!

The apartment is based in a beautiful location with amazing sea views and beach area which can see seen from the living room balcony and main bedroom. The apartment was centrally based within walking distance from many restaurants/cafes and a supermarket.

The apartment itself is exactly what it looks like in the pictures, it was perfect for our family and the host Natalia was always available and kept in touch with us during our stay.

We would like to say a big thank you to Natalia for being such a great host and we would definitely recommend your place to others. We look forward to coming back again in the very near future.

Wie schon in meiner Bewertung beschrieben war es ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in einem super Appartment und einer supernetten Gastgeberin. Für uns war es der perfekte Aufenthalt.

Large appartement with a beautiful sea view. Everything plus extra is available. Clean and a lot of room. The location is perfect and makes it easy to discover Sousse.

Geweldig appartement!! Zeer netjes en schoon, werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, zelfs met een ontvangstcadeautje. We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen en er was altijd iemand telefonisch/app beschikbaar voor vragen. Appartement ligt direct aan het strand, dus daar loop je zo naartoe en zorgt voor mooi uitzicht vanaf je grote terras. Enige nadeel vonden wij dat het aanwezige zwembad niet te gebruiken was, is niet onderhouden en daardoor vies en half leeg, maar dat heeft met de residentie te maken en niet met het appartement.

Wij raden het appartement aan iedereen aan en hopen nog eens terug te komen!

L’appartement spacieux, bien équipé et méticuleusement propre situé au 5ème étage donne directement sur une plage magnifique. Le paysage à couper le souffle est exactement comme sur la photo, juste magnifique !!!

Pour chacune de nos demandes, la conciergerie était très réactive et nous a apporté ce que l’on demandait sur un plateau d’argent. La plage est top ! Appartement pied dans l’eau ! Et tout est à proximité ! Les restaurants, les magasins, le port Kantaoui et le marché, ...

Pour les jeunes qui ont soif d’activité tout est conçu pour eux ! Mes neveux se sont régalés ! Sousse est une ville sublime. La prestation est digne d’un 5 étoiles et le prix est tout a abordable.
