Responding to numerous requests from families with three children, one of whom is an infant, since 2017 Novostar has been allowing to book a child under the age of 2 in any type of rooms and in excess of the maximum occupancy in this type of room, but only if the child is accommodated without a cot, that is, without a dedicated bed. The condition is determined by the impossibility to put an extra cot, taking into account the size of the room. If, in fact, the area of the room provided by the hotel will be enough to put a baby cot, it will be put without additional payment, but only if there are free cots in the hotel.
Children under 2 years of age who are accommodated in a room within the maximum occupancy in this type of room will get a baby cot without any conditions. In Novostar hotels this is a guaranteed and free service.
Let’s consider the example. Maximum occupancy in Novostar Bel Azur is 3 people. The hotel will confirm the accommodation of 2 adults + a child under the age of 2 (or an adult + a child aged from 2 to 12 years old + a child under the age of 2), and the child will be provided with a baby cot by default. Also the hotel will confirm the accommodation of 3 adults + a child under 2 years of age (or 2 adults + a child aged from 2 to 12 years old + a child under the age of 2), but the baby will not be provided with a cot, it will have to sleep with the parents.
NB! A tour operator and a hotel are different structures. If the tour operator’s website does not allow you to book such accommodation – a child under 2 years old in excess of the maximum accommodation in the room — please contact the tour operator, not Novostar Hotels.
