The SPA center Five Senses underwent major renovation in 2017, and was repaired in 2020. It’s a well-equipped cozy center with more than 10 treatment and massage rooms and hammam. Beach bars, bars and restaurants with outdoor terraces, and water slides in Tunisian hotels are guaranteed to work from 01/06 till 30/09, as their effective functioning depends on weather conditions. Under favorable weather conditions, the service get started earlier and suspended later than the specified deadlines.
When the season changes, there is continuity of service: an indoor pool gets closed but the water slides start operating. The transition to the winter season occurs vice versa: the water park stops working, the indoor pool is opened.
The hotel reserves the right to change the list and terms of provided services before the start of the season, and even during the season, in accordance with current circumstances if these circumstances don’t affect the conditions of tourists’ stay significantly.
According to the law of the Tunisian Republic from 08/12/2017, all Tunisian hotels are obliged to charge the guests with a tax during the check-in on the date of arrival.
