“Thank you for our family stay, for your smile and kindness. You are the sun. We stayed in the spacious well-equipped and clean apartment on the 5th floor. For each of our requests, the concierge was very responsive and brought us what we asked for on a silver platter. The breathtaking view is exactly as in the photo, just magnificent!!! The beach is great! And everything is nearby: restaurants, shops, a market, Port El Kantaoui.
The apartment is perfect for young people thirsty for activity, everything there is meant for them! Sousse is a wonderful city. My nephews had a great time! The service is worthy of 5 stars and the price is quite affordable. I’ll be back next year!”

“A great apartment!! It’s very neat and clean, there’s literally everything you need, even a welcome gift. We were warmly met and greeted and there was always someone available by phone/app for questions. The apartment is located right on the beach, so you can get there very quickly or enjoy a beautiful view from a large terrace. There was a slight disadvantage: we found that the pool was not used and maintained and therefore it was dirty and half empty, but it has nothing to do with the apartment. We recommend the accommodation to everyone and hope to come back again!”

“The apartment is luxurious and very well-equipped with a bathroom in each of 3 bedrooms! The towels are hotel-quality. The bedding is extra comfortable. There are air conditioners in every room. It’s a pity there’s no dishwasher. Smiling nice hosts were very responsive and always available for our every little request. They pay special attention to details and are open for any feedback.
The apartment is located right on the seafront, in a lively area. All the local amenities are within walking distance! There is even a pharmacy and a clinic nearby in case of emergency. Nothing to complain about! Unfortunately, the city of Sousse suffers from poor waste management and the beach is sometimes littered. However, I will definitely come back. Just for everything else that was PERFECT!”

The residence was built in 2012 but Novostar Apartments are brand new, the first guests were accommodated there in April 2022.
There are lots of entertainment facilities, clinics, pharmacies, and large shopping malls within walking distance from the aparthotel. Also nearby there are small grocery stores where always fresh seafood and meat, farm vegetables and fruits are sold at bargain prices. There you will quickly become a regular customer of certain bakers and butchers who will wave to you in a friendly way as soon as they see you in the street, and you will get the best pieces of food as a regular client of some cafes.
