In the winter-spring of 2019 the rooms of the hotel underwent major renovation, so, in this regard, one of the main advantages of Novostar Budget Pyramides Club & SPA 3* should be mentioned. The hotel offers its guests very spacious two- and three-bedroom rooms with maximum occupancy of up to 5-6 people; only few hotels in Tunisia have such accommodation facilities. The opportunity to save money on accommodation and spend it on guided tours or shopping when a big family or a group of friends goes on holiday is what many travelers look for.
Adult travelers will also appreciate quite a wide range of alcoholic drinks which is not typical of a budget hotel. According to the All Inclusive board basis, beer, white, red wine and rosé, whiskey, boukha, vodka, liqueurs, as well as alcoholic cocktails are served there.
In the spring of 2019 we invited a state commission to the hotel and soon we were rewarded for the efforts – in June 2019 Novostar Budget Pyramids Club & SPA received a well-deserved third star to its rating.

Apartments are located mostly in 3-storey annex buildings without elevators. The rooms are spacious and divided into 2 or 3 bedrooms. Apartments feature balconies and bathrooms equipped with bathtubs. Almost all the rooms have interior doors, only few Apartments do not have them. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
In the hotel SPA center opened in August 2018, guests can fully relax in traditional Tunisian hammam or in a sauna. There are several massage cabins, including the one for Shiatsu massage, several rooms for wet treatments, and a relaxation area. All services of the center ($)

Beach bars, bars and restaurants with outdoor terraces, and water slides in Tunisian hotels are guaranteed to work from 01/06 till 30/09, as their effective functioning depends on weather conditions. Under favorable weather conditions, the service get started earlier and suspended later than the specified deadlines.
When the season changes, there is continuity of service: an indoor pool gets closed but the water slides start operating. The transition to the winter season occurs vice versa: the water park stops working, the indoor pool is opened.
The hotel reserves the right to change the list and terms of provided services before the start of the season, and even during the season, in accordance with current circumstances if these circumstances don’t affect the conditions of tourists’ stay significantly.
According to the law of the Tunisian Republic from 08/12/2017, all Tunisian hotels are obliged to charge the guests with a tax during the check-in on the date of arrival. The tax is charged for the first 1 night of the stay in the hotel. No tax is charged for further accommodation. If a tourist stays in the hotel for less than a week, he/ she pays only for the actual number of nights.
The tax is levied on every tourist aged 12 years and older. If a child turns 12 in the first week of staying in the hotel, then from that moment a tax is charged for the number of nights remaining before the end of that week.
